VINIFICATION AND AGEING
The grapes from the different varieties were harvested at their ideal state of ripeness into 20 kg boxes, then properly selected and vinified separately. The entire fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks, occurring naturally without the addition of external yeasts for 15 days and at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation was complete, the wine was aged in used French oak barrels for 12 months.
CONSUMPTION
Ideal serving temperature 16ºC-18ºC.
TASTING NOTES
Intense ruby colour.
The nose presents aromatic intensity of ripe fruit, notes of cherry, red plum, and nuances of spices.
The palate is fresh with citrus and fruit. Good acidity, dry and firm tannins. Persistent finish.
LONGEVITY
Ageing potential of up to 10 years.
