DeGostar was born from the dream of bringing the best products from the Alta Montanha region to every home in the country. A task that proved quite easy, as the acceptance was a success. What initially was only a shop selling regional products in Castanheira de Pera, quickly started selling to Portugal, gained dimension, and today has clients/friends spread across Europe. It maintains its physical space in Castanheira de Pera, but all orders are sent to its clients from Seia.

All products are bought at the source and, whenever possible, come from family production/agricultural units. "At DeGostar, we personally know all the producers, and there are no intermediaries. We are the ones who choose each item to bring to our client."

Proud of our mountain DNA, where agriculture is mostly the main activity, it makes perfect sense for DeGostar to sell the best Serra da Estrela cheeses, bought directly from producers and obtained from raw sheep's milk, from the Bordaleira da Serra da Estrela or Churra Mondegueira breeds. As for cured meats, quality could not be lacking either. Our main supplier is a producer with over forty years of experience and high recognition in the national market. In this excellent selection of Portuguese products, Dão wines could not be missed.
