VINIFICATION AND AGING
The grapes of the different varieties were harvested at their ideal ripeness in 20 kg boxes and were carefully selected and vinified separately.
The entire fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks without the addition of external yeasts, and this process occurred for 20 days at a controlled temperature. The wine was aged in 225L French oak barrels for 8 months. This aging provides good aromatic complexity, greater structure, and mouthfeel.
CONSUMPTION
Ideal serving temperature 10ºC-12ºC.
TASTING NOTES
Bright yellow color. Aroma with citrus notes, nuances of white-fleshed fruit, with subtle notes from the aging process.
On the palate, it is ripe and unctuous, showing volume and good acidity with retro-nasal freshness. Complex and persistent.
