Gin distilled from four typical mountain botanicals: Juniper, Heather, Lingonberry, and Arbutus Berry. They are harvested in the mountains of Serra da Estrela and Serra do Açor, with no imported botanicals used. The botanicals are slowly distilled one by one, in a column still using steam distillation, captured in the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. Alcohol content 42%.

Produced at Destilaria Caratão located in Barosa (Vide, Seia), in the heart of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. The surroundings of this region positively influence the products produced.
